Returns & exchanges

1. Open the order under Account → Orders and start a return.
2. We book a courier to collect from the same address.
3. On collection, the courier hands you the cash — or brings the exchange size you asked for.

Unworn, with tags on, in the original bag. Try it on — that is the point. Wearing it out is different.

• Caps, for hygiene reasons.
• Anything returned after fourteen days.

The courier hands you the cash when they collect the item.
